Yes.   Must be scotch tape or painters tape.  Tape must be removed.  NO confetti!!!  Balloons must be popped 

Any 6 hour time slot.   Latest time:  11pm-Music stop and clean up begins.  Doors must be locked by midnight.

Deposit is half the total rent + cleaning deposit.  $850 + $200 = $1050/ 2 = $525

Confirm with rental hall manager that the date is open.  Download the contract, sign it and write a check or money order to "Croatian American Radio Club"   We do not accept ZELLE for deposits.   Place signed contract and check in the mailbox by the front door.   Confirm with hall manager that the contract and deposit has been receiving and the pending rental is confirmed on the calendar.

The Radio Club does not book dates more than 5 months in advance.  You can start reserving dates for May and June in January of that year

We do not provide showings.  You can look at the rental calendar and stop by at the beginning of the rental.   Ask the renter if you can take a quick look.

It is only possible if there isn't a rental the day before, the manager is available to open, and it is $50 per hour
